Ensuring uninterrupted power supply: universal service providers to continue supplying electricity

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine amended Resolution No. 1055 of 12 December 2018 and extended the special obligations of universal service providers imposed on participants in the electricity market.
The decision aims to create conditions for the reliable and uninterrupted supply of electricity to domestic consumers and small businesses.
The document stipulates that during martial law in Ukraine, universal services to electricity consumers will remain provided by the same electricity suppliers.
