At its session on November 7, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a decision that will allow the e-Entrepreneur pilot project to operate on a permanent basis. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.

"The Government continues its policy of creating the most favourable conditions for starting and running a business in Ukraine. We are talking about the opportunity to get a whole package of services with a few clicks on the Diia portal," said Denys Shmyhal.

These include state registration of a sole entrepreneur, registration of changes to a sole proprietorship, notification of the use of a single account, registration as a single taxpayer or VAT payer, and opening a bank account.

In total, according to the Prime Minister, the e-Entrepreneur comprehensive service includes 12 options.

"In this way, we aim at removing bureaucracy, radically saving time for people who want to start and develop their own business, and optimizing the process of providing public services," the Head of Government said.

Denys Shmyhal stressed that digitalization remained a cross-cutting policy of the state. The Government has an ambitious goal to launch 63 new digital products over the next three years.
