Yulia Svyrydenko: State programme Health Screening 40+ triggers today

Department of Information and Public Communications of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, posted 31 January 2026 15:55

Starting today, the state programme Health Screening 40+ is launching. The first notifications in Diia are already being received by Ukrainians born on January 1. Invitations will subsequently be sent to all Ukrainians over the age of 40 in the same order — 30 days after their birth day. This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko.

“Health Screening 40+ makes it possible to assess health status and timely detect risks of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and mental health disorders,” noted the Head of Government. “More than 900 healthcare facilities — both public and private — have already joined the program and are prepared to receive citizens within the framework of Health Screening 40+ programme.”

To use the program, it is enough to confirm your readiness in the Diia application. After that, funds to pay for the medical examination will be credited to the Diia.Card within 7 days.

If you do not use the Diia application, you can obtain a plastic card with a special account at a partner bank and apply through the Center for Administrative Services Provision (CASP). There, they will help you submit the application and specify the account for the funds to be credited.

The list of institutions is regularly updated and available on the Ministry of Health official website https://screening.moz.gov.ua.
