Yulia Svyrydenko: Government puts IDS Ukraine assets up for public auction

Department of Information and Public Communications of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, posted 28 November 2025 09:37

The Government is putting the assets of IDS Ukraine – the producer of the well-known mineral water brands “Morshynska” and “Myrhorodska” – up for public auction. This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko.

Today, the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) launched the call for tender proposals. The submission period will run until 18:00 on 12 December 2025.

The auction itself will take place on the Prozorro platform in December 2025.

“The state will transfer the corporate rights of the companies that cover the full production cycle – from water extraction to distribution – into management,” Yulia Svyrydenko said.

Under the terms of the competition, profits from IDS Ukraine’s operations will be directed to the State Budget of Ukraine, minus the manager’s remuneration.

Expected monthly revenues to the budget are at least UAH 24 million.

The group’s assets have been seized since 2022 because they belong to russian oligarch Mikhail Fridman, who is under sanctions imposed by the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine.
