Yulia Svyrydenko: Expanding the Vlasna Sprava grant programme – more opportunities for Ukrainians, veterans and youth

Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko announced that the Government has decided to expand the most widespread grant programme for entrepreneurs – Vlasna Sprava (Own Business).

“Vlasna Sprava is the most extensive grant programme under the Made in Ukraine policy. From 2026, we are expanding its opportunities. We are increasing grant amounts and opening more possibilities for Ukrainians who want to start or develop their own business. We support those who create jobs and grow businesses even during the war,” noted Yulia Svyrydenko.

New grant amounts under the Vlasna Sprava programme:

• Up to UAH 100,000 – without creating jobs;
• Up to UAH 200,000 – for one job created;
• Up to UAH 350,000 – for two jobs created.

Youth aged 18–25 will be able to receive up to UAH 200,000 to start a business.

Entrepreneurs who have successfully implemented a previous grant will be eligible for an additional micro-grant.

Support for veterans and their families has also been expanded – now parents and adult children can receive grants. Families of fallen Defenders of Ukraine can receive up to UAH 1 million, provided new jobs are created.

The Vlasna Sprava grant programme is part of the state policy to support Ukrainian producers under Made in Ukraine and has already helped:

• Over 32,000 Ukrainians start businesses;
• Create 46,000 jobs;
• Attract over UAH 5 billion into the economy.

“We want as many people as possible to learn about these opportunities. So that veterans, their families, submit grant applications and bring their ideas to life – in communities across Ukraine,” emphasised Yulia Svyrydenko.

Applications can be submitted via the Diia portal or at employment centres.
