The EU Council has approved a EUR 2.3 billion payment to Ukraine as part of the Ukraine Facility. Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko announced.

The decision was made based on the results of QIII 2025.

“Ukraine has met 8 out of 10 indicators set out in the Ukraine Plan and has implemented a number of systemic reforms in public financial management, the green transition and environmental protection, as well as improvements to the business climate, financial markets, and the judiciary,” the Head of Government noted.

This sixth tranche under the current programme is crucial for ensuring Ukraine's financial stability during the full-scale invasion. "We are grateful to our European partners for their consistent support and for continuing the program," said Yulia Svyrydenko, assuring that the Ukrainian Government is working to improve its performance under the Ukraine Facility during the next reporting period.
