According to her, the Cabinet of Ministers has also instructed the acting Head of the Board to suspend the Chief Consultant to the President of Energoatom, Dmytro Basov, who has already been served with a notice of suspicion, as well as employees whose involvement in criminal offences is currently under investigation by law enforcement agencies, specifically:
1) the Director of Finance and Budgeting;
2) the Director of Legal Support;
3) the Head of the Separate Subdivision “Centralised Procurement”.
“Should the NABU investigation reveal the involvement of other employees in criminal activity, the acting Head of the Board is obliged to suspend them and assist in the investigation concerning those individuals,” stressed Yulia Svyrydenko.
