This week there will trigger additional payments for March to members of emergency repair teams who are dealing with the aftermath of enemy attacks on the energy sector. Almost 14,000 people will receive the money: energy sector workers, gas workers, utility workers, railway workers, and water supply and sewerage workers. This was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko.

The Head of Government emphasised: “This is the final support payment of UAH 20,000, which the Government introduced for the period of the difficult situation in the energy sector. In total, payments for January and February have already been transferred in full.”

Yulia Svyrydenko thanked everyone who worked in challenging conditions this winter, and those who continue to work with repair and restoration teams under extremely complicates and dangerous conditions.

“Thanks to your efforts, the enemy’s attempts to plunge us into darkness have failed, and the country continues to operate,” the Prime Minister emphasised.
