Yulia Svyrydenko: Digital document in Reserve+ becomes essential for those liable for military service

Today, the Government has updated the procedure for issuing military registration documents: from now on, they will be generated exclusively in digital format. Reserve ID is now the main document for conscripts, those liable for military service, and reservists. It can be obtained in the Reserve+ app. This was announced by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko during the session.

“To introduce these changes, the Government has updated resolutions No. 1487 and No. 559,” Yulia Svyrydenko emphasized.

According to her, those who need a paper version can still print the PDF themselves or obtain a printout at the Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support.

However, as the Head of Government emphasized, the transition to electronic documents reduces the risk of loss or forgery and simplifies military registration processes.
