Yulia Svyrydenko: Over 3,000 schools have already joined the Mriia educational ecosystem
Over 3,000 schools have already joined the Mriia educational ecosystem. Mriia continues to bring schools across the country together. In less than a year since its national launch, the ecosystem has reached one in four schools in Ukraine. Today, 550,000 students, parents, and teachers use the Mriia. During this time, over 117 million grades have been entered, and teachers have assigned 14.9 million homework assignments. This was reported by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.
The Head of Government noted that the educational app and web portal help schools organize the learning process digitally, simplify communication with parents, and free up more time for what matters most—working with children.
Importantly, in frontline regions, the Mriia helps ensure the continuity of learning in shelters or online.
Yulia Svyrydenko reminded that last year the Government had also expanded Mriia’s scope to include preschool education. A pilot program in this area will begin shortly.
The Mriia is an initiative launched by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ministry of Education and Science in partnership with the EGAP Program funded by the East Europe Foundation with support from Switzerland.
Schools can apply for access, and parents, students, and teachers can download the app at https://mriia.gov.ua/.
