The European Foundation for Education (EFE) has expressed its support for Ukraine and has pledged not to carry out any activities in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
"We must isolate the Russian Federation from the rest of the civilized world. I am grateful to the international educational organizations that support us in that, depriving Russia of membership and banning any activities in its territory. This country has no morals and values, it does not deserve access to European education," said Minister of Education and Science Serhii Shkarlet.
In its letter, the organization noted: "Ukraine is a priority country for the European Union and the EFE, so we will not conduct any bilateral or regional activities in the territories of Russia and Belarus."
The European Foundation for Education expresses its full solidarity with Ukraine and its people. Immediately after the end of the war, the EFE plans to intensify cooperation with Ukraine. The organization will do everything possible to accelerate the development and strengthen vocational education in Ukraine.
