eOselia: Some 164 Ukrainian families received affordable mortgages over a week

Last week, under the affordable mortgage eOselia program, Ukrainians received 164 new loans totaling UAH 340 million.

Loans at 3% were granted to:

• 51 servicemen and representatives of the security sector

• 8 educators

• 12 medical workers

• 1 scientist

• 14 veterans (under new conditions at 3%).

Loans at 7% were granted to:

• 48 Ukrainians without their own housing

• 30 internally displaced persons (IDPs).

Since the beginning of 2026, 4,979 Ukrainians benefitted from the eOselia program and took loans worth UAH 9.7 billion.

The largest number of loans last week were issued in Kyiv region — 60, Kyiv city – 34, Odesa region — 10, and Lviv region — 9.

By property type, 103 loans were issued for first-sale housing, including 53 loans for properties under construction. Another 61 loans were issued for housing on the secondary market.

It is worth mentioning that the eOselia program also offers additional opportunities for IDPs and residents of frontline territories. In particular, last week 25 Ukrainian families obtained a loan for housing.

Under the conditions, the program provides state compensation of 70% of the down payment, 70% of monthly payments during the first year of the loan, as well as up to UAH 40,000 for related expenses when arranging a mortgage.

Background

The eOselia program is part of the Made in Ukraine policy, which aims to stimulate demand for Ukrainian goods and create favorable conditions for the development of production.

The program is being implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and PJSC Ukrfinzhytlo. The partner banks of eOselia are Oschadbank, Privatbank, UGB Bank, Globus Bank, Sky Bank, Sense Bank, Bank Credit Dnipro, TASCOMBANK, BISBANK, and Radabank.
