eOselia: Over the past week, Ukrainians received housing loans totalling UAH 350 million
Over the past week, under the eOselia affordable housing loan program, Ukrainians received 173 new loans totaling UAH 350.6 million.
Of these, loans at 3% interest were issued to:
• 71 military personnel and security sector representatives
• 13 educators
• 9 medical professionals
• 6 researchers.
Loans at 7% were issued to:
• 38 Ukrainians without their own housing
• 35 IDPs
• 1 veteran.
In total, since the beginning of 2026, some 3,423 Ukrainian families have taken advantage of the eOselia program, having received preferential mortgages totaling over UAH 6.7 billion.
The largest number of loans under the program were issued in Kyiv region—58, in the city of Kyiv—26, in Ivano-Frankivsk region—10, and in Lviv region—16.
By property type, Ukrainians received 102 loans for first-time property purchases, of which 48 properties are under construction. Another 71 loans were issued for the purchase of housing on the secondary market.
It should be noted that the eOselia programme is also available to residents of frontline territories. The programme provides for state compensation of 70% of the initial mortgage payment, 70% of monthly payments during the first year of the loan, as well as up to UAH 40,000 for related expenses when applying for a mortgage.
Background information
The eOselia program is part of the Made in Ukraine policy, which aims to stimulate demand for Ukrainian goods and create favorable conditions for the development of production.
The program is being implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and PJSC Ukrfinzhytlo. The partner banks of eOselia are Oschadbank, Privatbank, UGB Bank, Globus Bank, Sky Bank, Sense Bank, Bank Credit Dnipro, TASCOMBANK, BISBANK, and Radabank.
