eOselia: Since the start of year, Ukrainians have received 3,600 housing loans to the tune of UAH 6.6 billion
Over 3,600 Ukrainian families have benefitted from the eOselia affordable mortgage programme in 2025. The total amount of preferential loans for housing made up UAH 6.3 billion.
Over the past week, 157 loans worth UAH 290 million have been issued, including loans with a 3% interest rate:
• 64 servicemen and representatives of the security sector;
• 8 doctors;
• 8 teachers;
• 2 scientists.
Loans at 7% were granted to:
• 55 Ukrainians without their own housing
• 17 IDPs
• 3 veterans.
During this period, the largest amount of loans was provided in Kyiv region (51) and the city of Kyiv (27), Lviv region (12), and Ivano-Frankivsk region (10). By property type, 94 Ukrainians received loans for first sale housing, of which 22 were under construction, and 63 loans were issued for housing on the secondary market.
Since the start of the program in October 2022, 18,451 loans worth over UAH 30.7 billion have been issued.
Background information
The eOselia program is one of the components of the “Made in Ukraine” policy aimed at stimulating demand for Ukrainian products and creating favorable conditions for the development of production. The program was launched in October 2022. It is being implemented by the Ministry of Economy in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and Ukrfinzhytlo. The partner banks of eOselia are Oschadbank, Privatbank, Ukrgasbank, Globus Bank, Sky Bank, Sense Bank, Credit Dnipro Bank, TASKOMBANK, BISBANK, and Radabank.
