eOselia: Almost 3,000 Ukrainians have received housing loans since the beginning of the year
In 2025, 2,953 Ukrainian families have already received loans to purchase their housing under the eOselia affordable mortgage program. The total amount of loans for this period is UAH 5.4 billion. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Andrii Teliupa.
"In total, 17,793 families have already received loans for more than UAH 29.4 billion since the implementation of the eOselia program. The top 3 regions with the highest number of housing purchases are Kyiv region, Kyiv city and Lviv region. Other popular destinations are Odesa, Vinnytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Rivne and Volyn regions," said Deputy Minister Andrii Teliupa.
Over the past week, 175 loans were issued for UAH 314 million, including loans at 3% interest:
- 60 servicemen and representatives of the security sector
- 13 doctors
- 10 teachers
- 3 scientists
Loans at 7% were granted:
- 69 Ukrainians without housing of their own or with housing below the standard
- 15 IDPs
- 5 veterans
During this period, the largest amount of loans was issued in Kyiv region (30) and the city of Kyiv (31), Lviv region (12), and Ivano-Frankivsk region (7). By type of property, 109 Ukrainians received loans for housing on the primary market, of which 30 were under construction, and 66 loans were issued for housing on the secondary market.
Background information
The eOselia program is one of the components of the “Made in Ukraine” policy aimed at stimulating demand for Ukrainian products and creating favorable conditions for the development of production. The program was launched in October 2022. It is being implemented by the Ministry of Economy in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and Ukrfinzhytlo.
