5,562 housing loans have been issued under the eOselia programme since the beginning of the year. The total amount of loans issued by banks during this period is UAH 9.4 billion. In particular, Ukrainians purchased 4,076 residential properties on the secondary market, 1,210 of them from a developer, and 326 of them at the construction stage. This was reported by Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Nadiya Bihun.

“In total, since the launch of the affordable housing loan programme, 11,887 families have received housing loans worth over UAH 18.9 billion. In particular, Ukrainians received 8,500 loans for the purchase of housing in the secondary market, and almost 3,500 loans in the primary market. 278 loans were received for the purchase of private houses. The eOselia programme not only provides an opportunity to buy housing on favourable terms and improve living conditions, but also stimulates the construction and real estate sectors, which is an important condition for the rapid reconstruction of Ukraine,” said Nadiya Bihun.

    • 175 veterans.

Last week, Ukrainians received 154 loans worth UAH 255 million.
