eOselia: Ukrainians received 4,745 preferential mortgages worth UAH 8.7 billion since start of 2025
Since the start of 2025, 4,745 Ukrainians have benefited from the eOselia programme, with preferential housing loans totalling UAH 8.7 billion.
Last week, 150 loans worth UAH 292 million were issued. Loans at 3% were granted to:
- 64 military personnel and security sector representatives
- 9 medical workers
- 5 teachers
- 6 researchers
Loans at 7% were granted to:
- 46 Ukrainians without their own housing
- 13 internally displaced persons
- 7 veterans
The highest number of loans under the programme were issued in Kyiv region (42), the city of Kyiv (41), Lviv region (13), and Ivano-Frankivsk region (12).
By property type, 102 Ukrainians received loans for primary market housing, including 23 for properties under construction. An additional 48 loans were issued for secondary market housing.
Since the programme’s launch in October 2022, 19,585 loans worth UAH 32.8 billion have been issued.
