Manufacturers have already been granted 30 licences to use technologies developed by the military within the Ministry of Defence
Throughout the fourth quarter of 2025, the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine granted manufacturers 30 licences to use technologies developed by military personnel within the Ministry of Defence.
“The best solutions that emerge directly from the Ukrainian military must be rapidly scaled up and put to work for our defenders,” emphasised the Minister of Defence, Denys Shmyhal.
As part of the experimental project, technologies are now available in three areas:
- electronic intelligence;
- countermeasures against strike drones of the Shahed type;
- guided munitions with automatic homing.
The first samples of armament produced under the granted licences are already being delivered to the Defence Forces of Ukraine.
This has been made possible thanks to Government Resolution No. 1310, adopted on 13 October 2025. It allows solutions developed within the Ministry of Defence system to be transferred into production for scaling and supply to the Defence Forces.
