It is a crime against the State to exert authority and demand bribes from honest entrepreneurs, Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman stressed during a meeting with regional media outlets.

"I respect the entrepreneurs who do their business. I despise those who using the powers force people pay kickbacks. That’s racketeering in authorities", said Volodymyr Groysman. "We experience difficult time, we should earn money. But if someone is a parasite, it's a crime. We are trying to counteract that."

The Head of Government added that among the countermeasures is further deep deregulation.
