Ukraine is a great country which can become successful, and for this to happen there should be real actions instead of slogans. Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman stated while opening the Government session.
"I believe that through effective state governance, honest service we will get success in the next decade. And it will be felt - not due to slogans and projects, but due to real actions that will change the country. We are capable to succeed", the Prime Minister stressed.
He emphasized that a responsible policy which leads to real independence - economic, social, energy and financial is the backbone of everything.
"From 2005 to 2013, we became dependent on external and internal lenders. This debt undermines the ability of the Government to raise social standards, meet the needs of citizens, strengthen defense and many other things. And I always say responsible policy means not words but actions. Fight and win!", the Head of the Government underscored.
The Prime Minister stressed that the Medium Term Strategy for the State Debt Management for 2018-2020 which allows to get rid of financial burdens as well as new social support initiatives will be considered and approved at the today's meeting.
