From now on, a sales slip on your phone will become the norm. This will protect us as consumers and make life easier for entrepreneurs. Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk announced.

“Bill №1053-1 concerning payment transactions recorders (PRTs) has been adopted today. Certain speculation and myths have grown around it. But no breach of faith took place here, we are really only interested in reducing the pressure on entrepreneurs. By the way, the respective bills were approved by the Parliament a few days ago”, Oleksiy Honcharuk said.

The PM stressed that the law would promote the unshadowing the economy and making the use of cash registers easier and cheaper for entrepreneurs.

“I will reassure all private entrepreneurs: nothing will change for groups I and II. And an old lady who sells pumpkins in the market won’t suffer in any way”, the Prime Minister assured.

“The document provides for the introduction of digital PTRs that can be used simultaneously or in place of the traditional PRT. You have a choice. In this case, software PRTs will not require registration in any State registers”, the Prime Minister emphasized.
