Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman considers the Government's key current task is to prevent the debt crisis which might lead to the prospect of losing all the economic gains of recent periods.

"Under no circumstances the country should be put on brink of default- this is an instantaneous rise in prices and wage devaluation. So we have to fulfill our obligations", Volodymyr Groysman said.

He stressed that next year Ukraine should pay back creditors nearly $15 billion. And this is why the country needs a systemic debt policy that envisages simultaneous fulfillment of obligations to creditors, re-loans to repay existing debts, and  building the economic situation that will enable the country that reduce the debt burden due to its own resources.
