Today, the Government approved the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Human Development Strategy for 2021-2023.

The Action Plan is formed in accordance with the strategic goals set by the Human Development Strategy, which was approved by the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated 02.06.2021 № 225, namely:

- improving the medical and demographic situation in Ukraine;

- building an educated, law-abiding, inclusive and innovative society in which every citizen has equal opportunities for learning and development, and science is a component of economic growth;

- formation of a comprehensively developed person, a patriot of Ukraine, promotion of its spiritual development and creation of opportunities for creative self-expression and realizing of potential in cultural and sports areas;

- raising living standards, increasing employment and providing social support;

- ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men in all spheres of society and implementing European standards of gender equality.

The implementation of the objectives set by the Strategy will contribute to increasing the welfare of the population, ensuring the human right to health, equal access to quality education, creating the conditions necessary for cultural and physical development, improving the social support system and reducing social inequality.
