In addition, the Government endorsed amendments to the resolution designed to simplify the allocation of housing subsidies to family-type orphanages, military officers, and citizens aged 60 or over. In particular, family-type orphanages may receive a subsidy on the area of the houses above the norm, while the purchase of a car will not result in the loss of the subsidy and the like.
The Cabinet of Ministers also changed the procedure for the coordination of work between the central executive authorities and the Government. In particular, the activities of the State Labor Service will be coordinated through the Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture, the State Statistics Service - through the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers and the Secretariat of the Government, etc.
Moreover, the Government agreed to merge regional offices of the State Property Fund in order to streamline the structure, reduce the costs of maintaining the regional offices of the State Property Fund and, at the same time, increase the efficiency of privatization by improving the coordination of the offices.
At its session, the Government adopted a number of personnel decisions.
In particular, Novak Natalia was appointed acting Head of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention.
The Government also appointed:
Bozhko Mykola as First Deputy Chairman of the State Service of Maritime and River Transport;
Ihnatovsky Serhii as Deputy Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
Potapov Oleh was appointed acting Head of the State Agency for Infrastructure Projects.
As of today, the Government has dismissed:
Petrenko Dmytro from the post of the Chairman of the State Service of Maritime and River Transport;
Barinov Dmytro from the post of the First Deputy Chairman of the State Service of Maritime and River Transport;
Balyberdin Dmytro from the post of Deputy Chairman of the State Service of Maritime and River Transport;
Astashev Yevhen from the post of Deputy Chairman of the State Property Fund.
Besides, the Government agreed an appointment of a list of candidates for the positions of heads and deputy heads to a series of regional state administrations.
Moreover, the Cabinet of Ministers agreed to appoint Nemchynov Maxym as acting director of the state-owned enterprise Ukrhimtransamiak.
Apart from that, the Government announced a competition for the position of Chairman of the Maritime Administration and made changes to the composition of the Commission on Senior Civil Service.
