The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine made every effort to fulfill all requests from the Kyiv City State Administration to solve the issue of providing citizens of the capital with the heating and hot water. Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman  said at a Government sitting.

"The Cabinet of Ministers did its utmost  to resolve this situation, and now Kyiv received all services. Now the ball is on the side of Naftogaz of Ukraine. I had a conversation with the leadership of Naftogaz  and the local authorities  and I urged them not to delay the start of providing heating and hot water. The Government, on its part, spared no effort to find a solution", Volodymyr Groysman said

At the same time, he drew attention to the personal responsibility of officials involved in the process and responsible for providing heating and hot water  to the residential houses.
