The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine establishes a Coordination Council for the Development of Micro and Small Scale Entrepreneurship, which will comprise representatives of public organizations, those representing interests of small businesses.
“This will be our single platform for dialogue - we will seek compromise for comfortable doing business in Ukraine. Our economy will only benefit from that,” Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk stressed.
On commission of the President of Ukraine, the Government will submit bills to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine within two weeks designed to change the conditions for individual entrepreneurs to fall within the first tax group: the annual income limit (being now UAH 300 thousand) will increase, with the possibility of dependent employment and expanding the list of activities.
Besides, the document proposes the following:
- a reduced responsibility of all groups of individual entrepreneurs for submitting reports through PTRs (payment transaction recorders);
- a two-year moratorium on inspections of all categories of individual entrepreneurs except for ventures;
- availability of free PRT software for testing starting January 1, 2020.
