Starting January 1, 2020, subsidized households will be eligible for applying at any time to switch to cash compensation for housing and communal services.

That is, the restriction that banned the Ukrainians to apply for "monetization" after October 15 (for the heating period) and after May 15 (for the non-heating period) has been abolished.

"The Government has lifted curtailing regarding monetization of benefits for utilities," Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk said.
