Today, September 4, at its session, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a decision that will help counteract raiding in the sector of official registration.

"We are transforming the commission on considering complaints in the registration sector into an effective anti-raiding tool. First, everyone can file a complaint to the commission online, it is much easier and enables to reduce the number of mistakes during the submission procedure. Second, all of the commission's findings will be published online immediately after signing such a document, thereby ensuring a unified considering practice for all the cases as well as transparency. And third, and more importantly, we are changing the principles of work so that non-government officials - highly qualified and highly paid private lawyers - can join the commission’s work", commented the decision of the Government Minister of Justice Denys Maliuska.
