On January 22, an extraordinary meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine was held at the initiative of Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.

The Government approved a draft resolution to dismiss Vasyl Lozynskyy from the post of Deputy Minister of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 9.2 of the Law of Ukraine “On Central Executive Bodies”.

The Government of Ukraine is committed to the principle of zero tolerance to corruption and continues to develop the anti-corruption framework. In particular, it expects the competition for the position of Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau to be completed as soon as possible.
