On 22 November, the Government has approved the regular allocation of additional subsidies for local budgets.

Local budgets will receive UAH 796.9 million to support local governments in the de-occupied, temporarily occupied and other regions affected by russian aggression.

The financial resource is distributed between the regional budget of Sumy region and 171 budgets of territorial communities in accordance with the mechanism established by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1477 dated 30.12.2022.

Since the beginning of 2024, the Government has allocated additional subsidies to local budgets totalling UAH 26.7 billion.
