Combatants, people with disabilities caused by war, and certain categories of military personnel will have access to free dental prosthetics in hospitals, regardless of their form of ownership. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.

"Today we are officially launching a pilot project on dental prosthetics for veterans. The State will compensate medical institutions for treatment costs through the NHSU. In total, we plan to spend UAH 750 million on this programme, which has already been envisaged in the state budget," the Prime Minister said.

The Head of Government noted that the life, health, social adaptation and well-being of defenders was a priority for the State.
