Government introduces annual award for power workers for their contribution to Ukraine's energy security

We honour our power workers who are countering russian barbarism and fighting for light and heat for Ukrainians.

The Government has introduced an annual award for all those who ensure energy sustainability. From now on, up to 50 employees in the industry will receive an additional reward of UAH 200,000 each year.

The award for significant contributions to ensuring Ukraine's energy sustainability will be granted to employees of all electricity companies, regardless of their form of ownership.

Candidates shall be selected by a special committee headed by the First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister of Energy of Ukraine, and the decision on the awarding of prizes shall be approved by the Government. Clearly defined criteria guarantee fair recognition of those who deserve it.
