During a working visit to Dnipropetrovsk region, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal visited the “I Am a Veteran” administrative service centre and explored social services offered in the “transparent office” format.

The centre, operational since October 2023 and fully compliant with accessibility requirements, provides services such as benefit applications, document processing for passport and land matters, pension services, and services from the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ service centre, among others.

It also features a dedicated “I Am a Veteran” department, which offers comprehensive administrative support for veterans and their families.

According to Denys Shmyhal, the region currently has 371 access points for administrative services, covering various aspects of veterans’ lives. Since the launch of the “I Am a Veteran” project, approximately 68,500 services have been provided.

“We continue efforts to ensure that interactions between veterans and the state are as simple and convenient as possible,” the Prime Minister stressed.
