Government amends the statute of Energoatom

Today, the Government revised the statute of Energoatom, thereby enabling the company’s management system to be rebooted and a top management team to be formed. This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Sergii Koretskyi.
“State-owned Energoatom is a company whose stable operation is crucial for the country’s energy security. The new statute introduces modern standards of corporate governance,” emphasized the Head of Government.
