The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted the Resolution “On amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 573 dated 2 June 2021 “On the functioning of the State Agrarian Register”.

The implementation of the draft resolution will allow the administrator of the State Agrarian Register to carry out electronic information interaction not only with state electronic registers, but also with the Register of Agrarian Notes.

Information on agrarian notes (on the issuance, content and change of details, termination and encumbrance of agrarian notes, as well as on the commencement of enforcement of obligations under agrarian notes on the basis of a special extract from the State Agrarian Register) will be entered into the State Agrarian Register automatically.
