The Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry for Strategic Industries of Ukraine and the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey in the field of strategic industries was signed during the working visit of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy to the Republic of Turkey.

The document provides for cooperation between the companies of the two countries in strategic industries and technologies, as well as support for the implementation of existing and the launch of new projects in these areas.

The Memorandum was signed in the presence of the Presidents of Ukraine and Turkey by Oleksandr Kamyshin, Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine, and Mehmet Fatih Kacır, Minister of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey.

According to Oleksandr Kamyshin, one of the key areas of cooperation is the development of capacities and capabilities for the production of various types of UAVs.

The Memorandum also provides for cooperation in research and development in the field of autonomous systems, space and other technological sectors of strategic industries of both countries.
