Ukrainian farmers harvest over 7.2 million tonnes of cereals and legumes

As of 18 July 2025, Ukraine has harvested 2,355,300 hectares, yielding 7,225,800 tonnes of early cereals and legumes.

Specifically:

  • Wheat: 1,504,500 hectares harvested, yielding 4,671,100 tonnes;
  • Barley: 660,600 hectares harvested, yielding 2,181,600 tonnes;
  • Peas: 170,800 hectares harvested, yielding 362,900 tonnes.

Among the leading regions:

  • Odesa region: 722,100 hectares harvested, yielding 2,020,400 tonnes;
  • Mykolaiv region: 488,700 hectares harvested, yielding 1,172,800 tonnes;
  • Kirovohrad region: 238,600 hectares harvested, yielding 963,000 tonnes.

Rapeseed is being harvested in fourteen regions, with 614,100 tonnes collected from 360,300 hectares.
