From tomorrow, a yellow level of epidemic threat will be introduced in all regions of Ukraine. This means additional restrictions on the social distance and capacity limits for public places. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during a regular session of the Cabinet of Ministers on September 22.

According to the PM, under the new restrictions, entrepreneurs are offered several options.

"The first is to work without additional restrictions, but under the stipulation that 80% of the staff and all visitors must be vaccinated with at least one dose, have a negative PCR test or a certificate of recovery. Businesses must independently check the availability of these documents. The second option is to work with all the additional restrictions of the "yellow" zone and not to check the relevant documents. The choice is up to the entrepreneurs, and we are confident in their responsible position," the Head of Government stressed.

Denys Shmyhal dwelled on that the spread of the coronavirus indicates that in the near future some regions may move to the "red zone". In these regions, according to the Prime Minister, businesses will be able to operate if all employees and all visitors have "green" COVID certificates.
