Digital employment ecosystem to appear in Diia – Government adopts resolution

Registering as unemployed, applying for assistance, officially resigning from jobs in temporarily occupied territories, and obtaining a grant for training or qualification confirmation – these services will soon appear in Diia in an updated format.

The digital ecosystem Obrii will be integrated into the Diia app and portal, uniting state services, educational institutions, and local authorities. The system is being developed by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture and the State Employment Service.

The Obrii platform will automatically verify data in the Pension Fund, State Employment Centre, and other registers. Applications will be processed – quickly and transparently.

In future updates, the system will use artificial intelligence for career guidance: individually suggesting professions, courses, and vacancies, analysing the labour market, and forecasting demand for specialists.

Obrii will be available to adult Ukrainians – particularly those who have lost jobs due to the war, wish to resign in temporarily occupied territories, or want to change profession or confirm qualifications.

The project is being implemented without additional costs to the state – within existing budgets and with international assistance.
