Greenhouse of Ideas: New grant program from the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture with UCORD

Starting October 15, as part of the Greenhouse of Ideas program, applications will be accepted from entrepreneurs working in the creative industries and operating in the six pilot regions of the UCORD project (Vinnytsia, Volyn, Odesa, Sumy, Ternopil, and Khmelnytskyi).

Thanks to the program, entrepreneurs will have an opportunity to obtain financing, use advanced business services, and enter new markets with their products or services.

“We want Ukrainian creative entrepreneurs to have clear and accessible support tools – from financing to export. The partnership with the UCORD project and the Greenhouse of Ideas program, in particular, makes this path shorter and clearer for businesses. Thanks to comprehensive support—training, grants, and mentoring—creative companies can scale their projects faster and turn ideas into sustainable business models," says Andrii Teliupa, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.

"The Greenhouse of Ideas grant program will provide additional opportunities not only for entrepreneurs but also for local hubs in the culture and creative industries sector. We hope that thanks to this program, we will manage to support and develop the entrepreneurial potential of creative startups, provide the necessary knowledge for building a business, and create spaces for dialogue between representatives of the creative industry, local authorities, and regional development agencies. Thus, the initiative aims to support and develop the creative economy ecosystem in six pilot regions of the UCORD project," said Maryna Bryl, UCORD Project Leader.

Applications for participation in the Greenhouse of Ideas grant program can be submitted via the Made in Ukraine portal from October 15 to November 16 inclusive.
