Power engineers continue to record damage to infrastructure due to hostile shelling. In particular, as of the morning after an artillery strike on one of the energy facilities in Donetsk region, a power unit at a thermal power plant was shut down. A coal mine was de-energised.
Also, some consumers in Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Chernihiv, Kharkiv and Kherson regions remain without electricity due to the occupiers' shelling.
Repair teams are working where the security situation allows.
There are power outages in Kyiv region. In Irpin district, more than 18,000 customers are without power due to technological disruptions.
At the same time, power engineers are constantly working to restore power supply. Over 47,000 consumers have been supplied with power across the country over the past day. Most of them are in Donetsk region.
The power system operates without restrictions and with a power reserve.
