    Due to bad weather, shelling and technological disruptions, consumers in 12 regions were left without electricity; electricity produced by Ukrainian power plants is sufficient to meet consumer demand

    POWER GENERATION

    Electricity generated by Ukrainian power plants is sufficient to meet the consumer demand.

    A turbine at one of the TPPs was put under short-term repair (within one day).

    SITUATION IN THE FRONTLINE REGIONS

    As a result of the hostilities, 10 settlements in Chernihiv region (4 of them partially), 57 settlements in Sumy region (11 of them partially), and more than 18,000 consumers in Kharkiv region were cut off from electricity.

    Yesterday, 25 settlements in Donetsk region lost power due to shelling. Some consumers in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions are also without power.

    Repair crews are working where the security situation allows. In total, over 14,000 consumers have been supplied with electricity over the past day. Most of them are in Donetsk region.

    SITUATION IN THE REGIONS

    As a result of technological disruptions, consumers in Zhytomyr, Kyiv, and Kirovohrad regions were temporarily cut off from power yesterday. All of them have now been reconnected.

    More than 1,000 customers in Dnipropetrovsk region and 1,200 in Odesa region remain without power due to technological disruptions.

    Due to adverse weather conditions, 23 settlements in Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava and Sumy regions remain without power. Most of them are in Sumy region, where 9 settlements are without power.

    CONSEQUENCES OF THE KAKHOVKA HPP DAM BLOW-UP

    In Kherson, 178 grid access points de-energised after the flooding were reconnected yesterday. 1,020 consumers are still without power. Power engineers are working to restore the power supply, but repairs are slowed down by shelling.

    SITUATION AT THE ZNPP

    There is a slight decrease in the water level in the cooling pond. It is currently at 15.68 metres. This is sufficient to meet the needs of the plant.

    EXPORT/IMPORT

    Commercial electricity imports from Moldova and Poland totalled 2,456 MWh over the past day. Exports to Moldova totalled 1,178 MWh.
