Situation in the power system as of 19 June: the enemy attacked a power facility in the central region; power supply restrictions are in place.
GENERATION, TRANSMISSION, CONSUMPTION
Due to the deficit in the power system caused by massive russian attacks, hourly blackout schedules are applied from 0:00 to 24:00. If the situation changes, the information will be updated.
As a reminder, there will be no outages for critical infrastructure companies and companies that import 80% of their electricity in accordance with the government decree.
CONSEQUENCES OF SHELLING
At night, the enemy attacked an energy facility in the central region. Some equipment was damaged. The State Emergency Service and police were called to the scene.
In the Lviv region, overhead lines and electrical equipment were damaged as a result of a nighttime enemy attack. 285 metering points are de-energised. Restoration works are underway.
STATE OF THE GRIDS
A high-voltage overhead line was disconnected in Kyiv region. It was brought back into operation during the day. The reason for the outage was a short circuit on the line that runs through belarus (after 24.02.22, Ukrainian power engineers have no access to the line).
In Poltava region, equipment at one of the substations was disconnected, which resulted in a power outage for household consumers and administrative buildings. All consumers have been supplied with power.
In Volyn region, an overhead line of the regional power company was briefly disconnected. Household consumers lost power. All consumers have been supplied with electricity.
An overhead power line of a regional power company was disconnected in Odesa region. Household consumers lost power. All consumers were reconnected within an hour.
EMERGENCIES
In the eastern region, a high-voltage overhead line, part of which passes through the area of hostilities, was found to have stolen wires with a total length of over 62 km. A number of poles were knocked to the ground. The incident has been reported to the police.
SITUATION AT ZNPP
The water level in the cooling pond is 15.16 metres. This is sufficient to meet the needs of the plant.
IMPORT/EXPORT
For the current day, electricity imports are forecast at 28,000 MWh. No exports are planned.
