    CONSEQUENCES OF BAD WEATHER

    As a result of the thunderstorm that hit the country, power lines were damaged in 5 regions. As of now, 110 settlements in Lviv, Zakarpattia, Rivne and Ivano-Frankivsk regions remain without power supply. Most of them are in Lviv and Zakarpattia regions. Restoration works are underway.

    Also yesterday, 36 settlements in Volyn region were without power supply, all of them have been reconnected.

    POWER GENERATION

    The repair campaign at thermal, hydro and nuclear generation facilities is underway. The electricity generated by Ukrainian power plants is fully sufficient to meet the needs of consumers. There is no shortage.

    SITUATION IN THE FRONTLINE REGIONS

    Enemy terror continues in the frontline and border regions with russia. The shelling has cut power to 33 settlements in Donetsk region. Some customers in Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kherson, Kharkiv and Chernihiv regions are still without electricity.

    Repair crews are working where the security situation allows.

    CONSEQUENCES OF THE KAKHOVKA HPP DAM BLOW-UP

    Efforts are underway to record and eliminate the consequences of the flood caused by the dam blast. In Kherson, 12,700 consumers are still without power.

    Power engineers are working to restore power supply. Restoration work has been slowed down, in particular, by constant shelling.

    SITUATION AT THE ZNPP

    There is a slight decrease in the water level in the cooling pond. It is currently at 16.42 metres. This is sufficient to meet the needs of the plant.

    SITUATION IN THE REGIONS

    Some consumers in Dnipropetrovsk and Volyn regions lost power due to technological disruptions.
