    POWER GENERATION, TRANSMISSION, CONSUMPTION

Due to massive russian attacks, the power system is experiencing a capacity shortage. Yesterday, to partially cover it, Ukraine additionally engaged emergency assistance from the power systems of Poland and Slovakia.

As of today, the hourly outage schedules are expected to be in effect from 0:00 to 24:00. If the situation changes, the information will be updated.

Due to the heat wave in Ukraine, electricity consumption may increase, in particular due to the active use of air conditioners. We urge everyone to consume electricity sparingly. This enables power engineers to keep the power system more stable.

No power cuts will be imposed on critical infrastructure companies and companies that import more than 80% of their electricity in accordance with a government decree.

The main reason for the electricity restrictions is enemy attacks on the energy infrastructure and the negative consequences of these attacks.
