No power cuts planned for today; power engineers have restored power to 10,664 consumers affected by hostilities; 486 settlements remain without power
POWER GENERATION AND CONSUMPTION
There will be no scheduled power cuts today. Information about any changes can be found on the official websites of regional power distribution companies.
Ukraine’s power system has lost 9 GW of capacity due to enemy attacks. The enemy continues to shell the energy infrastructure, and substations and power lines come under fire every day, which leads to restrictions in electricity transmission.
CONSEQUENCES OF SHELLING
Donetsk region: a high-voltage overhead line was disconnected due to the hostilities. Consumers were not cut off from electricity.
Dnipropetrovsk region: an overhead line was disconnected during an air raid alert. The inspection revealed a wire break.
POWER OUTAGES TO CONSUMERS
Power companies restored power to 10,664 consumers affected by the hostilities.
In total, 486 settlements remain without power supply due to hostilities and technical failures.
SITUATION AT ZNPP
The water level in the cooling pond is 14.80 metres. This is enough to meet the plant’s needs.
