For the period of martial law, humanitarian aid - personal protective equipment, goods for their production, drones and their parts - shall be permitted across the customs border of Ukraine at the place of crossing the customs border.

The respective amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 174 "Some issues of humanitarian aid crossing the customs border of Ukraine under martial law" were initiated by the Ministry of Economy jointly with the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Ukraine and approved by the Government.

In particular, the document stipulates that the carrier shall fill in and submit a declaration for the relevant goods in paper or electronic form. The list of such humanitarian aid includes unmanned aerial vehicles, their civilian and dual-use parts from donors.

Also helmets and body armor made in accordance with technical specifications, military standards, NATO standards, threads and fabrics (materials) for the manufacture of body armor.

In addition, the new version of the resolution abolishes measures of non-tariff regulation of foreign economic activity and the need to issue letters of guarantee.
