The approval of the draft law on the establishment of the Anticorruption Court  as the final part of the anticorruption infrastructure will become a powerful message for society and international community - our partners and investors. Prime Minister stated during a Government meeting.

" I call on MPs to unite around the law and create an Anticorruption Court. It will be a  signal for society that indicates a resolute struggle against corruption. It will be a strong message for everyone who invests in the economy of Ukraine. Everything that depends on the Government will be done in time", Volodymyr Groysman emphasized.

He added that the process of creating a court will be held simultaneously with the eradication of corruption and the introduction of transparency principles aimed to prevent shenanigans.

"For example, the public procurement sector has always been a source of corruption. The introduction of the ProZorro system has brought the schemes to naught. Responsibility and punishment (for breaking the law) are to become the next instruments. Impunity will give rise to crimes", the Prime Minister stressed.

The Head of Government underlined that the court should become an example of transparency, responsibility and independence.

"I hope that the draft law will be approved this week", the Prime Minister added.
