State Agency of Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine and Ukreximbank have concluded an agreement to launch "Warm Loans" program this year.

Thus, Ukrainian condominiums can apply for co-financing for energy-efficient measures to 4 banks: Privatbank, UkrGazBank, Oschadbank and Ukreximbank.

As the Chairman of the State Agency of Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving explained Serhii Savchuk explained everyone  has opportunity to join the program of "warm loans" in order to receive co-financing for insulation of the houses, installation of meters, solid fuel boilers, solar collectors, etc., live in warmth and comfort, not to pay extra for utilities services, incest saved money in family and increase the cost of an apartment or house due to insulation.
