Head of the State Agency for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving Serhii Savchuk and Chairman of the Board of Oschadbank Andrii Pyshny have concluded an additional cooperation agreement on co-financing of the allocated by the Government sum worth UAH 380 million to insulation of buildings by housing cooperatives.
Thus, 3 state-owned banks - Oschadbank, Ukrgasbank, PryvatBank - again issue ‘warm loans’ for condominiums.
This is a unique opportunity for another 3,000 condominiums (over 230,000 families) this year to:
raise up to UAH 1 billion as warm loans;
receive up to 70% compensation from the state budget;
receive additional compensation from local budgets;
save 50% or more on utility bills;
increase the cost of apartments in insulated high-rise buildings by an average of 30%;
live in a warm and comfortable environment.
As a reminder, all housing cooperatives must submit supporting documents and acts of completed work to the banks by November 30, this year to obtain compensation funds.
